A new site, HandbagPlanet, is launching on Oct. 15th.
No Hermes Birkins, unfortunately, but instead the site will feature handbags “inspired by popular designer brands and priced between $30 and $80,” and the first day, they’re giving away 24 bags, 1 each hour! You can enter to win on their homepage.

i am confused how this website is supposed to fall under finance advice when the first thing I see on the front page is…a blurb about a handbag. a handbag? seriously.

I can see why you get confused. This is not a financial blog, it’s a lifestyle blog. I shared the link so that others could take advantage of the promotion– free bags are not a bad thing.
What’s clear is that you’d be way in over your head in a discussion of the arbitrage opportunities in Hermes bags.
