6 things about me:

1.  Sometimes I get all snarky at people on TV and will deride them loudly, even though they can’t hear me.  BF couldn’t watch a lot of the election coverage with me because I’d get so annoyed and start arguing with commentators.

2.  I’m addicted to lip balm.  MUST have a tube with me at all times!

3.  In med school, my criteria for food used to be 1) portable in a white coat pocket and 2) consumable with one hand (no utensils).  Seriously, when mealtime consists of eating in the elevator or catching a couple bites while charting, you don’t have too many options.  I ate a lot of bananas, protein bars, microwave soup cups, graham crackers and saltines stolen from the nurse’s station, and those frozen tubes of yogurt that you squeeze and eat.  Let’s just say I’m a lot better now, but it’s still a running joke in my family.

4.  I have interesting bone structure– proportionally longer legs, longer fingers, etc.   but all in a small package! My toes are kind of long and slim too, and my mom used to call them “ET toes” when I was little.

5.  I don’t drink coffee, except for on some social occasions. Never really needed it, except half a cup every morning on my surgery rotations.

6.  I’d really love for my future kids to be schooled overseas at some point.  I don’t know if that will be financially feasible, but it’d be a great life experience.
