1. As soon as everyone at the table is seated, that napkin goes in your lap.
2. Your water glass is to your right. Your bread dish is to your left.
5. Pay attention to what other people are ordering.
9. Blackberries should be kept under the table at all times.
10. All of the above goes out the window if the most senior person at the table is doing things differently.
