Normally crying in the morning would be a bad sign, but today, it meant things were oh-so-good.

Congratulations, Barack Hussein Obama, our 44th president. There is so much I’m feeling and thinking, but I am proud of what you’ve done and how far we’ve come as a nation to recognize it. This is what giving thanks really feels like.
One of my favorite lines? “Your people will judge you by what you can build, not by what you can destroy.” All I can say is, amen. I think Americans will take this to heart as well.

I can just hear it now… yeah, right, crepes are healthy? Well, they’re not a health food per se, but there are ways to make them healthier, particularly in your choice of filling. My version packs in calcium, vitamins, and fiber, but tastes absolutely sinful.
