I don't think I'll ever be "comfortable" with my life if I can't support myself first. I am already a saver. Although I am still in college, I have already set money aside for my first house. I have a mental map of my life planned out so I can be sure that I live the most comfortable, secure life that I possibly can. (I'd share but I don't want to bore you). I am certain that I will be able to purchase a house by age 25 bearing that there are no major life-changing events. I'm not sure how I would handle dating or marrying someone who couldn't pull their own weight financially speaking, but I've never really thought about it before. I am an artistic person so I <i> might </i> be able to understand someone who was passionate about music and wanted to use their talent as a means of obtaining income, but still I don't think one should depend on artistic abilities alone.
